About

Good freelancers lose to fast ones. We're fixing that.

On Upwork, the best proposal rarely wins — the first good-enough proposal does. Jobs collect dozens of bids within hours, clients skim a handful, and the freelancer who replied in minutes with something specific usually gets the interview. That rewards people who treat bidding as a full-time job, and punishes people who are busy doing actual client work.

BidCrafter started as an internal tool to fix exactly that: a system that watches the job feed, scores every post against a real profile, and drafts proposals that sound like their author — not like a template. It worked well enough that turning it into a product was the obvious next step.

Two beliefs shape how we build it. First, automation should raise quality, not spam — that's why every proposal is voice-matched and every job is scored before a single Connect is spent, and why daily limits and review mode are first-class features. Second, this shouldn't cost $150 a month — the established auto-bidders price like agencies; BidCrafter is priced for individual freelancers, with a free tier that's actually useful.

BidCrafter is built by Tekflix, a small product studio. We're not affiliated with Upwork Global Inc. — we just build for people who work there.
